Great race, facilities need work
Fantastic new COTA F1 race! The great view from the turn 12 grandstand was fantastic. We could see most of turn 1, turns 4-8, 12-15. There was a convenient jumbotron for the other stuff.
On the downside... too much dirt. The big parking lot (F) was all white chalky dirt that clung to everything. It was sorta OK, but if we'd had rain it all would have been a muddy mess. There was no paved walks on one side of the main road, and a dirt walk behind The Moth grandstand.
Long lines were the norm at the vendors... food and souvenirs. Way too long! Walking was a problem. There was only one big entrance near our seats, about 1/4 mile past them. They need another entrance near tunnel 2!
